The First Job
Program

First Job is a fellowship program by TDF. It is an after-education program providing focused and sustained support in training and employment of fresh graduates hailing from socio-economically weak backgrounds.

The fellowship program is designed to help fresh graduates prepare for and find their first job.

This is a unique opportunity for students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to gain industry skills, connect with mentors and eventually pursue a career of their choice. The Fellowship is for students coming from low-income backgrounds and those who are struggling to find their first job.

  • Provide end to end support in training and employment

  • Focus on wealth creation and empowerment rather than charity

  • Deploy a highly collaborative model with constant engagement with various stakeholders: Educational institutions, Government, Corporate companies, NGOs and Social enterprises

  • All the stakeholders are engaged from start to end of the program. We strongly believe that results depend on the quality of our partnerships

Mission
